Powers the rep-facing Grid Edge Checker. Refresh once a year when CT ESS publishes the new Grid Edge Criteria Circuit Map. Paste the new map's zip + circuit list below; the checker uses the most recent version automatically.

Accepts zip,circuit CSV lines or raw text copied from the map PDF. Each zip-then-circuit pair is detected automatically; stray zip labels are ignored.

The single source of truth for the Commission Calculator: pay rates, lead fees, minimums, club adders, and club qualifiers. Change a value here and the calculator picks it up on its next load. No code edits.

Percent values are entered as percents (4% not 0.04). Base PPW and the rep-control cap are plain numbers. Edits are restricted to admins and VPs.

Field-marketing events: fairs, expos, car shows, town festivals. Reps see approved / booked / active events on the Events page, sign up for shifts, and capture leads at the table. Captured leads route to the rep's pipeline tagged to the event and roll up into ROI here. Seeded with the CT summer-2026 research list (status prospect — vet, then set Approved/Booked).
