Correction applied · self-gen pay The source spreadsheet labelled F8 a "Self-Gen Adder" but used it alone as a 2% rate, so above about 7.9 kW a self-gen deal paid LESS than a company lead. This page applies the adder as intended: self-gen earns base pay plus the adder (4% + 2% = 6%) and never pays a lead fee, in both the breakdown and the club comparison. Self-gen now out-pays a company lead on every deal. Confirm against the official offer letter before this is treated as final.
