Setting or transferring an appointment?

Appointments are booked through the Call Center, not in this tool. Open a ticket and choose the type that fits:

  • Lead Input: for a lead that was 3+ months old.
  • Appointment Transfer: to transfer ownership.
  • Appointment for Existing Customer: rehashing a company appointment less than 3 months old.

Reach out to your manager for assistance. Once the lead is in your name, keep the Salesforce Opportunity, Jobs, and Sales notes up to date.
